Game/soundtrack music for independent creators
These rates can vary based on the complexity of the music and project scope.
Ballpark £175 per finished minute of music, for the kind of thing you hear on my album tracks.
We might agree a price per minute of music, or per track where it averages out across the soundtrack where some will be shorter/simpler and some longer/more complicated, and/or a quote for a bundle of work.
As I will have more time to work on these, we can go back and forth for a reasonable amount of revisions to get it just right. If you would like a cheaper option without revisions, see “Quick commissions”!

Quick commissions
Commissions for individuals for single or a few tracks.
GENERAL / GAME MUSIC TYPE THEME
- Tracks of approx 1m30s duration.
- Sound/style discussed beforehand.
- You tell me what you would like, about your character, scene, what you want in the music etc etc.
- I will send you a partial sketch, or a couple ideas. You give me feedback and what direction you’d like it to go from there.
- Then I’ll finish the piece.
£110 GBP all in.
PIANO
- I will write you a piano piece (short).
- Give me a theme, title, or mood. I will write & record the piece and send it to you.
- Can include sheet music if you would like.
£60 GBP
Payment via bank transfer or Paypal, either in advance or half up-front and half on completion if that is better for you.
ABOUT
The above are quicker & cheaper largely because they do not involve revisions to finished piece I send you. If you would like me to keep working to further revise/develop the piece however, we can certainly negotiate this into the price, or have a look at my more General rates.
